What we collect & why
Plain language, no legalese: here's exactly what happens when you use a form or tool on this site.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form or request a quote, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number or email, and any message or project details you give us. That's it — we don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to get back to you with a quote or answer.
How it's used
Form submissions are emailed directly to us — they land in our inbox so we can call or email you back. We don't store submissions in a database, sell your information, or share it with anyone outside the tools listed below that are necessary to run this site and get you an answer.
Third-party tools on this site
A few outside services power specific features here. Each one only sees the information relevant to what it does:
- Instant quote widget (Stella / Lily Pad): if you use the quote tool, the information you enter — zip code, delivery date, container preferences, contact info — is handled by Stella, our quoting software provider, under their own privacy practices.
- Rent-to-own application (My Container Rental): applying for rent-to-own opens a secure application hosted by My Container Rental, our rent-to-own partner. Anything you submit there goes directly to them, not us.
- Google Analytics: we use standard website analytics to see which pages get visited and how people find us — aggregated traffic patterns, not anything that identifies you personally.
- Google Ads: we advertise on Google, and its conversion tag records when an ad click leads to a quote request or call so we can tell which ads work. If you submit a form after clicking an ad, Google may receive your email address or phone number in hashed (scrambled) form to match it to that click. It is not shown to us in that form and is not used to contact you.
- Facebook & Instagram lead forms: if you request a quote through one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, the form and what you enter are handled by Meta under Meta's own privacy policy, then sent to us so we can call you back.
- Resend: the email service that delivers contact-form submissions from this site to our inbox.
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics cookies to understand site traffic and a Google Ads cookie to measure whether our ads lead to quote requests. We don't sell your information or build a profile of you for anyone else. Your browser's cookie settings and Google's ad settings (adssettings.google.com) let you limit both.
