We own all of our inventory locally — you're not buying something sight unseen from a distant yard. Come walk our lot at 321 Route 10, Piermont and hand-pick the exact unit you want. Can't make it out? We'll send photos and video of your specific container before it leaves the yard. No bait-and-switch, no "representative photo."
Not sure if we can reach your site? Call us and we'll talk it through — then send photos or video of the drop spot. If there's still any question, Tucker will make a site visit with you to work it out in person. And if we genuinely can't get it where we discussed, there's no risk or cost to you.
We call or text when we leave the yard with your container. Your container arrives on our truck, driven by our guys — not a broker, not a third-party carrier. We set it exactly where you asked, on pressure-treated blocking if desired.

What to expect on site
Your container arrives on our own hydraulic tilt-deck trailer, driven by our crew — never a third-party carrier. We prefer at least 60 ft. in a straight line to unload a 20' container and 100 ft. for a 40', plus roughly 14 ft. of width and clearance overhead for branches or wires along the approach. Tight corners or a tricky driveway? Call and we'll talk it through before delivery day, not after the truck is already there.
Surface: gravel, crushed stone, pavement, or concrete is ideal, but hard-packed dirt or grass works too, as long as it's dry. Wet or soft ground risks getting the truck stuck, so we'll reschedule for a drier day rather than risk it.
Winter delivery & pickup
We deliver and pick up year-round — snow doesn't stop us. For a smooth pickup in winter, keep the snow cleared from all sides and off the top of your container after each storm, and make sure your driveway is plowed and sanded enough for the truck to get in and maneuver.
If your driveway is especially steep, narrow, or winding, we may recommend planning the pickup for milder weather rather than the middle of a hard winter — we'll let you know at delivery if your site looks like one of those.

Flat $100 delivery reaches almost everywhere within about 20 miles of Piermont, NH. Outside that zone? We still deliver all across New Hampshire and Vermont — just ask for a quote.
