FAQ

What’s the difference between One‑Trip (new) and Used (WWT/CW)?

One‑Trip containers are like‑new with minimal wear from a single ocean voyage. Used WWT (Wind & Watertight) units are tested to be weather‑tight and are great for storage; CW (Cargo‑Worthy) pass inspection for transport and typically have better cosmetics. If you need a clean look or plan to move it frequently, consider One‑Trip or CW.

Do you rent containers?

Yes. 20′ rentals are available month‑to‑month (New and WWT). We can also source 40′ rentals by request. Delivery and pickup are available—ask for current lead times.

How much space do I need for delivery?

Plan for 60–100′ of straight clearance and 12′ width. The surface should be firm and level (crushed stone pad is ideal). Please tell us about tight turns, trees, or wires in advance.

How fast can you deliver?

Typical lead time is 1–7 business days after quote approval and payment terms. Seasonal demand and distance may affect scheduling.

Will the doors be easy to open?

All units are weather‑tight. One‑Trip and CW doors open smoothly. Used WWT doors are functional but may be stiffer due to age—regular lubrication helps.

What sizes and types are available?

10′, 20′, and 40′ in Standard (8′6″) and High Cube (9′6″). Options include Double Door, Open Side, and Reefer. Ask about current inventory and pricing.

Can you place the container exactly where I want it?

We use tilt‑bed trucks and trailers. Placement depends on site access, grade, and surface conditions. We’ll do our best to set it where you need it safely.

Do you offer modifications or accessories?

We currently do not offer custom modifications. However, we can advise on basic add‑ons like lockboxes, vents, or painting options depending on the unit.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept standard business payment methods. Ask us for current options on your quote (ACH or card).

Do you remove the container later if I buy?

Purchased containers are yours permanently; removal is not included. For rentals, pickup is included per the rental terms.
